The Crusader Great Helm was developed in the 12th century and was used by medieval warriors for over 300 years. This helmet was sometimes worn over a smaller helmet and chainmail, and has menacing, narrow eye slits. Knights wore these tough helmets during battle because they were fully capable of absorbing any shock obtained during combat.

Brass accents are featured on this helmet with a fleur de lis design that is appealing to the eye. This authentic replica can be used for reenactments, stage play, costume parties, or simply mounted for display in the home or office. It features numerous venting holes in the visor to provide maximum airflow. This Crusader Great Helm is shipped to you pre-oiled for protection.
