The largest rugged Medieval Box measures 8 inches across. Just enough space to house the 7 inch twin box nested inside. One quick peek inside the second box and you will find a third small box measuring 5-1/2 inches nestled inside. You're now wondering if there is another box (we know coz we wondered too) but don't bother looking coz 4 boxes would just get silly, so lets stop at three shall we? Each box is crafted in beautiful rustic dark wood, with iron corners, and iron strapping protecting each lid. Rivets on the top of each box dwindle in number as the boxes get smaller, and are elaborate, in the form of rosettes. Iron hinges in back, and a hinged lock plates in front. So much medieval in such a nicely packed space!
