CIVIL WAR FLAGS. This replica Civil War 35 Star Union Flag was the most widely flown Union flag in the Civil War from 1863-1865. In 1863, the final Union star was added, representing West Virginia, bringing the total number of stars to 35. There were thirteen stripes representing the thirteen original colonies. This hard to find replica is made of 100% Cotton and measures 3' x 5'.
