The Scottish Claymore was usually identified with the Scots as a symbol of pride and strength. The Claymore, or "Claidheamh-mor" (Great Sword) in Gaelic is a two handed broad sword utilized by the Scottish Highlander throughout several centuries. This dagger takes the design of the Claymore and creates a perfect companion piece to our Scottish Claymore Sword. The 440 stainless steel blade measures 10" and can be sharpened. With wood scabbard this sheathed dagger measures 15-3/4" overall. Ideal for use as a letter opener or for display in home or office.
