CS TIN PLATE: This Civil War CS Tin Plate is a welcomed site after a long march. Measuring 9-3/4 inches in diameter and weighing only 7.6 oz made it easy to carry with plenty of room to fill. This plate has an embossed CS centered in the well. The 1-1/2 inch rim is nicely concave with a slight gutter to insure you get keep every drop of your favorite stew on the plate and never in your lap.

TIN MUG: Civil War soldiers drank from large tin cups with their meals. The mug is made of plated tin and measures four inches deep and four inches in diameter. Its larger than venti size holds 24 fluid ounces and features a D shape handle that feels comfortable in the hand. The tin mug is sturdy so not to break and is very light (merely 5.8 oz) providing less weight for the soldier to carry.
