If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may
return it within 30 days of receipt and we will cheerfully refund
your money/issue credit/ replace merchandise for the full purchase
price (minus shipping). (Note): You must call for a Return Authorization # before
shipping back. “Items that arrive without a RA # will be
refused” Items must be sent back in original packaging, include all packaging materials. Please
insure the merchandise for the full value of the item(s) for your
protection since returned damaged merchandise will not be honored.

Restocking fee for returned item(s)
All returns are subject to a restocking fee. We have a standard restocking fee of 15% on all returned items. If you wish to return a product but do not place a reorder, the restocking fee will be 15%. If a reorder is placed for a similar product (costing nearly the same amount), the restocking fee can be lowered from 15% to 10%.
For a product to be considered a "reorder", it must be for a product that directly replaces the item that's being returned, in both price and type.
We make every effort possible to ship your order promptly –
usually within 48 hours after we receive your order. In the event
we are temporarily out of stock on a particular item and won’t
be shipping within 30 days, you will be notified and given the
opportunity to cancel the order. Also, any estimated delivery arrival date is not a guaranteed time of delivery. Actual delivery time is entirely out of our hands and the sole responsibility of the delivery service used (FedEx, UPS or USPS). If you need an order to arrive within a certain time frame, please let us know in the ordering instructions/ comments or contact us and we will do everything in our power to ensure it arrives on time.
Please inspect your purchase at the time of delivery. If the item
is received damaged please notify our customer service department

48 hours. You must hold the original packaging and merchandise
for inspection by the carrier; otherwise no claim, replacement
or refund can be honored.
California, Connecticut, and Massachusetts:
State laws prohibit the purchase of replica non-firing imitations
of original firearms designed and produced since 1898. We can
ship all other items to customers in these areas including Western,
Civil War, and Collector flintlock pistol and rifle replicas,
and blank-firing models.
NEW YORK CITY :
No model guns can be sold, shipped, or possessed in the five boroughs
of NYC (Manhattan, Brooklyn, Bronx, Staten Island, Queens). However, you may order a model gun
shipped to an alternate address located outside of NYC .
No modern firearm replicas (models since 1898) can be shipped.
All international orders may be subject to additional shipping and handling charges which are reflected complete or in part in a revised invoice/receipt beyond that which is shown in the web site shopping cart at time of purchase. We require full payment in advance in U.S. dollars, Bank draft
payable in U.S. dollars, credit card or International Money Order for merchandise and shipping/handling. Additional customs fees, taxes, and duties may be applicable to international transactions and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Check your Customs and Postal Departments for import regulations and duties.
We are not responsible for confiscation by customs officials, so contact your local post office to find out if importing might be an issue and/or make sure you have the proper permit to import. Postage rates are often two times the shipping rate used by U.S. customers shown in our shopping cart. You may wish to contact us for shipping estimates prior to delivery.
US SHIPPING RATES:
Postage rates for the lower 48 states are quoted at checkout. Rates may increase if shipping to Alaska and Hawaii customers. Charges will reflect actual shipping costs quoted by delivery services.
Shipping prices on our site are for domestic US shipments only. Once you place your order, we will send you a custom shipping quote for your entire order. Our default shipping method is United States Postal Service as they are always the cheapest option internationally. If you prefer FedEx or UPS, we can ship using them as long as you provide an account to charge all shipping cost to. Every international shipment will be provided with a tracking number once shipped via customer provided email. Please keep in mind that the tracking is not always regularly updated and the delivery times can vary (usually 7-14 business days). Expedited service is available upon request, please contact us via email for further details.
IMPORTANT NOTE: We are not responsible for any import fees, duties, or any other possible import fees, taxes, VAT, or other shipping/ customs related fees. Also, we are not responsible for confiscation by customs officials, so contact your local post office to find out if importing might be an issue and/or make sure you have the proper permit to import. No refunds are possible for confiscated or lost orders. Every country has different complex laws regarding import prohibitions (and some custom offices at times do not understand their own rules). So please check your local laws and restrictions prior to ordering. Also, we cannot undervalue or mark your order as a gift on custom forms in an attempt to circumvent paying taxes, sorry. All invoice totals are in US Dollars. Your payment must be received via $USD in full.
