The fittings are superbly antiqued adding to the aesthetics of the piece. The blade is forged in Toledo Spain and is of 440 steel and features a Bo-Hi grove. The Saya is in Black lacquer and houses a Kogatana (small knife) with antiqued silver finish. The Black Katana measures 40 inches overall. See model 432 for the companion Wakizashi.
